You may have a longing to get to know yourself. You have arrived at a place that welcomes it all. I aspire for you to feel understood and for you to have compassionate understanding of yourself. I will invite you to be curious of your emotions and how they feel in your body, so you can learn to meet your own needs in a new way.

I know first hand what it is like to struggle with mental health. I am a warm, empathic, and non-judgmental therapist who encourages you to be your authentic self. I am a trauma-informed and IFS-informed psychotherapist who utilizes her experience to foster a collaborative virtual therapy space to ensure you feel safe to explore challenging emotions.
